Our Central Jersey location is thriving and full of opportunity — and we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Consultant to help us grow even faster.


What You’ll Do

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll meet with residential and commercial clients to deliver personalized window treatment solutions. You’ll turn consultations into closed deals by combining your eye for design with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

This is not a passive sales role. You’ll also be actively generating leads, and closing deals. We’re looking for a self-starter who is accountable, competitive, and driven by results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run in-home consultations and provide design-driven product recommendations
  • Match our extensive line of products to the customer’s style, space, and budget
  • Measure windows accurately and prepare detailed quotes and orders
·         Close deals using a consultative and solution-based sales approach

  • Generate leads weekly through local networking, events, canvassing, referrals, and partnerships (e.g., realtors, designers, builders)
  • Maintain strong follow-up communication with prospects and clients
·         Work closely with our operations, installation, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution

  • Maintain client/project information in CRM software
  • Represent Bumble Bee Blinds with integrity, professionalism, and passion

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone personable, organized, and driven — with a passion for helping clients and hitting goals.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales, in-home sales, design consultation, or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable with CRM systems, MS Office, mobile apps, and basic productivity tools
  • Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple projects
·         Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation

  • Window treatment industry experience is a plus, but not required

    • Base salary $45,000–$55,000 (depending on experience) plus commission (uncapped) and bonuses
  •  
o    Total earnings potential of $85,000–$110,000+ annually (based on performance and results)

Compensation: $72,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
