- Measure windows accurately and prepare detailed quotes and orders
- Generate leads weekly through local networking, events, canvassing, referrals, and partnerships (e.g., realtors, designers, builders)
- Maintain strong follow-up communication with prospects and clients
- Maintain client/project information in CRM software
- Represent Bumble Bee Blinds with integrity, professionalism, and passion
- 2+ years of sales, in-home sales, design consultation, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with CRM systems, MS Office, mobile apps, and basic productivity tools
- Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple projects
- Window treatment industry experience is a plus, but not required

Income Potential:
- Base salary $45,000–$55,000 (depending on experience) plus commission (uncapped) and bonuses
- Generous commission-only plan also available for experienced closers
